ERP integration - end the manual work
Merit Aktiva, Directo, Standard Books - if data moves manually between systems, it's time to automate it.
Manual copying costs time and causes errors
An order comes in from the webshop. Someone opens the accounting system and creates an invoice. Someone else updates the inventory. It works - until someone forgets. Then there's a negative stock balance or a customer waiting for an invoice that never arrived. Three systems, three versions of the truth, one person in between.
What we build
How it works
Systems mapping
We review all software in use, data flows, and current manual steps. The result is a clear picture of what moves where.
Architecture
We design the event chain, error handling, and queue. You confirm before development starts.
Development and testing
We build the middleware and test all edge cases - duplicate orders, system outages, malformed data. Monitoring is configured before launch.
Launch and handover
We run in parallel with the old process, verify results, then switch over. A reconciliation report confirms all data arrived.
Connecting the webshop to the back office
Three separate systems - webshop, warehouse, accounting. Staff copied data manually between them. We built an event-driven middleware that processes orders in under 200ms with no human in the loop.
Frequently asked questions
Which systems do you work with?
Merit Aktiva, Directo, Standard Books, Netvisor, Odoo, WooCommerce, Magento 2, Shopify, and various warehouse management systems. If a system has an API, we can almost certainly connect to it. If it doesn't, there are other ways - FTP, database reads, email processing.
How long does an integration take?
A simple two-way connection (e.g. webshop ↔ Merit Aktiva) is ready in 4-8 weeks. More complex multi-system solutions take 2-4 months. The timeline becomes clear after mapping.
What happens if one system goes down?
Messages stay in the BullMQ queue and are processed automatically when the system recovers. Nothing is lost even if the outage lasts hours.
Does the integration require changes to our systems?
Usually not. We connect through existing APIs and touch your core systems minimally. If a system doesn't offer an API, we find an alternative approach.
How do you price integrations?
Most integrations are fixed-price projects - you know the exact cost before we start. We give a quote after a single mapping session reviewing your systems and data flows.
